Wonderful
I like the location. It is free of noise. I did not like the breakfast since they did not provide more menu.
The plug had problems and they shouldn't wait for us to complain. They should check all the plugs are working before the guest's arrival.

Encore was Epic!
My family and I Loved everything about it. We loved the rooms especially with the Spa Tub, the beds were huge and comfortable, the beddings were so cozy and clean and the breakfast was awesome and delicious! We love Korean breakfast ! The other big bonus for us was the massaging chair in the room. It was all for us and no one else hehehe ???? The young man at the front desk was so kind and helpful Even though there was a language barrier he tried his very best to communicate . He also used texting and messaging so we could understand eachother morw. He definitely went over and beyond indeed! We appreciate the wonderful staff and their hospitality they showed to me and my family. You all are awesome and your customer Services are on point
Nothing at all, but Maybe a small reccomendation A microwave for all rooms hehehe or maybe for all the floors by the elevators, that would be awesome! Thats all ????
